Abstract:
Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder that it is prevalent most commonly in Mediterranean regions . Thalassemia occurs due to the deficiency or absence one of the globin chains that form of the human hemoglobin ( may be affects alpha or beta globin chain ).It had a chronic negative impacts on many aspects in the life of thalassemic child including the activities of daily living and becomes unable to do it independently.
