Abstract:
The objective of this study is to identify factors affecting the performance of commerce-service enterprises in Can Tho City. The sample size includes 272 active enterprises in the field of commerce and service. The study applied multivariate linear regression to analyze the data. The result showed that factors that have positive impacts on the performance of commerce-service enterprises are professional qualifications of enterprise owners, technology level, social capital, financial accessibility, and support policies. In contrast, the legal environment negatively influences the business performance of commerce-service enterprises. Especially, the technology level puts the strongest impact on the performance of commerce-service enterprises in Can Tho City.
