Smart City domain has multiple verticals like Water Management, Garbage Management, Power Management, Transportation Management etc. Such services will have to find problems in their respective domain and react to it in less time. An application is proposed in this paper to collect the relevant information from social network data, to process and filter the received relevant information and to communicate about it to the relevant department to handle the issues. The proposed application is scalable and fault tolerant.
