The study aims to produce material-oriented, practical, and effective contextual approach materials to enhance the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The research was carried out using four phases of the 4-D model. Which is the level of stage define (definition), design, develop and disseminate (dissemination) and in the test of class IV SDN Jajartunggal III Surabaya, SDN Pakis 1 Surabaya, and SDN Manukan Kulon in the even semester School year 2018/2019 with One-Group-Pretest-Posttest Design Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative descriptive analytical techniques.
