Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-esteem and the practice of repeated shuttle sprints ability (RSA) in young post-adolescent athletes. Twenty-one students aged between 16 and 18 affiliated to sporting clubs with different disciplines have participated to this study. All recognized subjects have presented in this study by responding to the Self Esteem Scale EES-10.
