Presently, the word “stress” is commonly referred to teens and young adults. Many think of stress as a distant thing, but in reality, it is not at all. Stress is relevant to every human being in every phase of life as it can occur from many factors such as the environment and society. Stress can keep people vigilant and increase their self-awareness; however, stress can be the cause of distress as well. From these observations made, a study of the impact of stress was conducted by using data from an online survey of 10 questions.
