Clustering is renowned data mining technique used in exploratory Data Analysis which is based on unsupervised learning. Many clustering algorithms have been developed so for, and are applied in variety of disciplines based on nature of problem .The selection of suitable algorithm is necessary for accuracy, nature and complexity of data and practical representation of results.In this paper, we present SPACE algorithm which stands for“Single Performance And Cluster Evaluator”. This paper also reviews the clustering algorithms and provides foundation to the data analyst to further explore the power of clustering. SPACE algorithm is novel technique which provides solid analysis and visualizes the results efficiently.
