Establishing a well-structured faculty is not only the focus of the construction of college faculty, but also the only way for the survival and development of universities. The core of the construction of faculty is the professional qualification structure and academic structure.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the changes in the professional qualification structure and academic structure of teachers in Guizhou University in the past three years, and finds out some problems in the construction of the schools teaching staff, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
