Examination of Lactic Acid Bacteria’s Ability from Fish Intestinal Tract in Deconjugation Bile Salt

Abstract: The study was carried out to determine the ability of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from fish intestine to do deconjugation of bile salt. Bile salt deconjugation was shown by the production of cholic acid. This experiment was consisted of six treatments with five replicates.
