Abstract:
The research purposes to (a) evaluate the implementation of long-term orientation between PT XYZ and its distribution channels and (b) analyze the relationship among trust, relationship commitment and its effect on long-term orientation. This study is involving 33 non-authorized tire shops and have cooperated for more than 15 years. The data are obtained through a questionnaire designed with closed questions with 5-point Likert scale and to be analyzed by structural equation modeling with approach of partial least square (PLS-SEM).
