Abstract:
The objective of this study was to analyse the level of development and the level of organization of e-commerce as a new activity in Cameroon. In Cameroon, e-commerce is still nascent. In order to develop this sector and avoid the abuses, the state has put in place in 2010 a law and in 2011 a decree regulating the activity. The digital development seems to impose a market that was non-existent. The country, with regard to the observed flows, binds itself little by little in this form of exchange.
