Abstract: This study intended to explore how Leadership styles of headteachers’ have an impact on students’ academic performance in all public schools in Kenya. The specific objectives of this study were: examine how leadership style, induction of teachers, the motivation of teachers, and organizational culture affected students’ academic performance in Bungoma County.
