Abstract:
Modulation of AP-2AP-2, CHI3L1 and PBEF1 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of many human neoplasms. In order to get an insight into the role of these genes in breast cancer pathogenesis, we have studied the extent of AP-2, AP-2, CHI3L1 and PBEF1 expression and evaluated their prognostic significance by calculating risk score among Indian sporadic breast cancer patients.
