PICOMS has been implementing some intrinsic and extrinsic reward systems. This paper focuses on investigating the effectiveness of this reward system. A questionnaire survey has been carried out within the institution among 180 employees and students. Further, this paper will evaluate the worthiness of implementing such reward system, and also suggesting possible improvements to further enhance the effectiveness of its reward system.
