Sentani Natural Zeolite as a Filler for Polyethylene Composite

Abstract: Background: Sentani is a district in the southern part of Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia. This district rich of zeolite that is mostly consist of mordenite (CaNa2K2) Al2Si10O24 with degree of crystallinity of 53.14% (analyzed with X-R Diffractogram). Polyethylene composite with natural zeolite fillers will have a high hardness, so it can be used as a rigid and hard plastic packaging
